Kiva is a lovely idea, if you've got some spare cash, head over and lend it to someone who needs it.
JustGiving is everywhere these days. I know they take a cut of the cash, but I reckon they tap into a whole lot of people who wouldn't bother donating otherwise. Another great idea.
Trip Advisor seems like a nice idea, I don't really use it sadly. I like the theory though! You get this clever little map too.
